Using UV fluorescence, and a highly sensitive photomultiplier, the FL200 can accurately measure PPB levels of Aromatic Hydrocarbons in effluent water. When calibrated using Crude Oil a very good correlation can be made, giving an output in Total Hydrocarbons.
Made with few, yet robust moving parts the system is designed to work continuously without any routine maintenance, except for replacement of the cleaning solution on a monthly basis.
The fully automated cleaning system ensures there is no build up of
contamination, causing errors, and a high degree of reliability.
