Using the principles of Near Infra Red absorption, a fundamental property of O-H, C-H, and N-H bonds, Process Sensors have developed the market leading transmitter for measuring Moisture, Oils, Coat weights, and/or Film-thickness.

The MT300 is designed as an economic solution for measuring a single or multiple constituents in your product: ie moisture, fat, protein, coat weight, or film thickness.

The sensor may be installed over a conveyor or vibratory feeder using a pole clamp, in a gravity chute using the snorkel sample, or scanning across a web on an automatic frame.

Being transmitters, the Process Sensors MCT 300 series are easy to install into any analogue or digital system. The  plug-in user interface has intuitive menus making set-up and calibration easy for operators.

All Process Sensors analysers use the latest designs to ensure the greatest of sensitivity of their thermo-electric NIR detectors, and proved techniques for ensuring stability of calibrations, which increase user confidence and reduce the requirement for constant calibration checks.
