Designed using the principles of Near Infra Red absorption, Process Sensors have developed a market leading transmitter for measuring Moisture in Tobacco.

The sensor ideal for installation over a conveyor or vibratory feeder using a pole clamp. Being a transmitter the Process Sensors MCT 101-t is easy to install into any analogue or digital system. The plug-in user interface has intuitive menus making setup and calibration easy operators.

All Process Sensors analysers use the latest designs to ensure the greatest of sensitivity of their thermo electric NIR detectors, and proved techniques for ensuring stability of calibrations, which increase user confidence and reduce the requirement for constant calibration checks.
