 Returned Goods Form


In order to effectively manage equipment being returned for calibration or repair, IMA have introduced a Returned Goods Policy.

Policy

  1. Warranty returns are repaired or replaced free of charge.
  2. Damage due to mis-use is not covered under the warranty.
  3. A £50 inspection charge is applicable for any returns where no fault is found.
  4. Any returned items must come with a COSHH declaration, see following.
  5. IMA may return items after 8 weeks if no purchase order is issued.
  6. IMA cannot guarantee being able to trace any equipment returned to us without a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).

Instructions

  1. Please contact our sales office on +44 (0)1943 878877 with a purchase order number and a returns number will be issued, or...
  2. Complete the following form. A RAN will be emailed to you.
  3. Package up your equipment and clearly identify it with the RAN.
  4. Dispatch the items to our works. Click for address.
